Who are our leaders? Rita is a business administrator with postgraduate qualifications in financial management, an MBA in Business Management and an MBA in People Management. She brings over 25 years of experience working in HR management for multinational companies in senior executive capacities, providing guidance to both organisations and staff.
Victor is a business management professional with an MBA and a focus on organisational behaviour. He has over 25 years of experience in the corporate environment where he has helped people to develop specific skills.
With Over 50 Years Of Combined Professional Experience
Our founders are Rita de Cássia and Victor Kalimugogo who bring deep experience in professional services with over 50 years of combined professional experience.
Rita is a behavioural analyst and career coach who has deep experience in HR management with multinational companies, previously working in senior leadership positions in the corporate world. She has been heavily involved in the recruitment process of executives and has extensive experience in implementing human resourcing projects, policies and personnel restructuring operations for numerous clients. She is a SLAC-certified coach (SLAC is the Latin American Coaching Society) and qualified as a DISC Behavioural Analyst. She brings a strong passion for using her career knowledge to help professionals through their various challenges.
Victor brings over 25 years of consulting and industry experience, having specialised in leadership, risk management and process improvement. As an MBA trained professional with a focus on organisational behaviour, he has been helping clients to manage teams, understand issues of organisational structure, power, leadership and change. He has also transferred his sports leadership experiences into the corporate arena and he leverages these parallel experiences with his clients. Victor is certified to deliver training and assessment for on-the-job instruction in the workplace, enterprise trainer, coaching and mentoring, or Registered Training Organisations (RTO’s).
